Orders placed on weekdays are usually handled within 24 hours, while orders placed on weekends or Friday evenings may take slightly longer.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch
Once your order has been shipped, delivery usually takes 6–10 working days, depending on your location and local postal services.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond our control.


Order Cancellations

We work with an automated fulfilment system, which means orders are prepared for shipment immediately after purchase.

As a result:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been confirmed

  • Even if tracking information has not yet updated, your order may already be in transit within our logistics network

  • Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible

If you no longer wish to keep your order, please wait until delivery and then follow our return procedure as outlined in our Refund Policy.
