  • Items may only be registered for return after they have been physically delivered.

  • Return shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees, customs duties, or import charges.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition, including all tags and labels attached.

  • Trying on items is permitted, but items must not show any signs of wear.

  • Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order is not permitted.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. You will receive return instructions, including the return address of our international fulfillment partner.

  3. Ship the item back at your own expense, including any applicable customs or shipping fees.

  4. We strongly recommend using a tracked and traceable shipping method, as Nobel London is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Please ensure the package is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.


3. Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected at the designated return address, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • The purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.


4. Liability & Important Information

  • Nobel London is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier to the address provided by the customer.

  • Providing an incorrect shipping address is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or external logistical factors.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and provide an appropriate solution.
