Refund Policy

At Nobel London, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please read the information below carefully before requesting a return or refund.

Please note that we do not offer free returns. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that all of the following conditions are met:

The item is unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging
Hygiene-related products have not been opened or used
The item was not purchased as part of a sale, promotion, or discounted offer
The product is not marked as final sale
You contact us by email before returning the item

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the correct return address. Please do not return items to the sender address shown on the package.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please email info@nobel-london.com with the following details:

Your full name
Order number
Reason for return
Clear photos if the item is damaged or defective
Your full shipping address

We reserve the right to refuse returns if items show signs of wear, damage, or if they do not meet the conditions outlined above.

Approved returns are processed within 7 working days after we receive the returned item.

Order Processing & Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it is processed immediately by our system and prepared for shipment.

This means:

Orders cannot be cancelled once processing has begun
Once an order has been dispatched or is in transit, cancellation is no longer possible

If your order is already on its way, please wait until delivery before submitting a return request.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be issued if:

The return request has been approved in advance
The returned item is received in acceptable condition

Please note:

Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Return shipping costs are not covered by Nobel London
Items returned without approval will not be refunded

International Shipping Notice

All Nobel London orders are shipped directly from our central warehouse in Asia. Due to international shipping, delivery delays may occasionally occur and are outside of our control.

Please be aware that:

Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched
If an item is in transit, you must wait for delivery before requesting a return

Refund Process

If your return is approved and meets all conditions:

Your refund will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned item
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout

Items purchased during sales, promotions, or with discounts are non-refundable. In some cases, these items may be eligible for an exchange of equal value, subject to approval.

All approved returns must be shipped back to our warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and sharing the tracking number with our team.
